"Mary Jo Roma has served as manager of AR for Regional Shelter-All since 2003. As A/R manager, Mary Jo prepares all monthly, quarterly and annual billing statements for rental of some 400 outdoor advertising sign spaces, posts all receipts of advertising revenue from some 150 different customers, monitors AP status, sends delinquency notices as required to encourage timely payment, contacts customers when necessary to negotiate terms for account updating, answers customer questions as they arise, and supports sales activities of the Regional Manager. Mary Jo has an intimate knowledge of QB computer software and uses it regularly in her work.
It must be said that Mary Jo is a valuable asset to our organization. She works efficiently and independently and her work is always timely and accurate. Her delinquent account collection efforts are without peer."
